Vincke and Verstuyft are the best detective duo of the Antwerp police. When faced with the murder of a top official, they do everything in their power to catch the culprit. The trail leads to the hitman Angelo Ledda. Ledda suffers from the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease and finds it increasingly difficult to carry out his assignments. Moreover, when he realizes that he has allowed himself to be used in a political power play, he decides to go after his clients. Vincke and Verstuyft have their hands full to untangle the tangle of intrigues, settlements and networks and avoid any more deaths.
